echo33 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "echo33", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the echo33 platform and all services available at echo33.cam.
• "Platform" means the echo33 website, including all pages, games, features, and services accessible at echo33.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Member", "you", or "user" means any individual who has registered an account with echo33 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member with echo33, used to access games, manage funds, and claim promotions.
• "Funds" means real-money amounts deposited by a Member into their echo33 account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Member by echo33, subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by echo33 before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, promotions, support services, and features offered through the echo33 Platform.

Access to and use of the echo33 Platform is strictly conditional upon the following eligibility requirements being met at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age threshold applies in accordance with Philippine law and the applicable regulations governing online gambling in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any corporate entity unless expressly authorised by echo33 in writing.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling before registering with echo33.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of echo33 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily applied through echo33 or through any applicable regulatory authority.

To access the real-money features of echo33, you are required to register a Member account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• You may register only one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number or email address.
• You must not register using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology designed to conceal your true geographic location.

echo33 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, Driver's Licence, or Voter's ID).
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered residential address (issued within the last three months).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID alongside a handwritten note bearing your echo33 username and the current date, if requested.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in account suspension. echo33 processes KYC submissions within 3 business days.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your echo33 login credentials. You must not disclose your password or OTP codes to any third party. echo33 will never ask for your password via support channels. Any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to credential sharing remain your responsibility.

echo33 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit at echo33 is PHP 100, unless a specific promotion states a higher minimum.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in the funds being held or returned.
• Deposits are generally credited to your echo33 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Delays caused by third-party payment systems are outside echo33's control.
• echo33 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges for which echo33 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds that remain inactive in an account for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of PHP 200 per month, deducted from the idle balance. echo33 will notify you by email or SMS before any such deductions are made.

• The minimum withdrawal at echo33 is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible. echo33 may request documentation to verify the withdrawal method in the case of first-time or large withdrawals.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfers are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• echo33 reserves the right to impose a 48-hour security review on any withdrawal exceeding PHP 100,000. During this period, echo33 may request additional KYC documentation.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until their associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Withdrawing Real Money Funds before completing a bonus's wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus balance.
• echo33 reserves the right to void any withdrawal or withhold any funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

echo33 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement at echo33 is stated in each promotion's individual terms and is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a PHP 1,000 bonus requires PHP 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal).
• Each Member may claim each specific promotion only once unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using separate accounts is prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10% to 50%). The contribution rates for each game category are published in each promotion's specific terms.
• echo33 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings generated from Bonus Funds. This cap is disclosed in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus Funds that remain unwagered past the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Real Money Funds are unaffected.

New Members who make their first qualifying deposit at echo33 are eligible for the welcome bonus as advertised at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per Member, per household, and per device. echo33 reserves the right to verify this condition at any time.

• All games offered on the echo33 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are genuinely random and not influenced by echo33 staff or any external party.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's paytable or information panel. These figures represent long-term statistical averages across large numbers of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.
• In the event of a game error, malfunction, or disconnection during a live game session, echo33 will endeavour to resolve the round using available system records. In cases where a fair resolution cannot be determined, all bets placed during the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's wallet.
• Bets accepted and paid out by echo33 in error — including due to software errors, incorrect odds, or payment miscalculations — may be voided and recalculated by echo33 at its discretion. Members will be notified of any such adjustments.
• For sports betting markets, echo33 follows published betting rules for each sport and market type. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, settlement will follow the rules applicable to that specific market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the echo33 Platform. Any Member found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended and all associated funds withheld pending investigation:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live dealer games, or manipulating bingo outcomes.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, automated clicking tools, or any software designed to play games or place bets without active human participation.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or any other promotional offer through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to complete wagering requirements, or any technique that violates the spirit of the promotion.
• Money Laundering: Using echo33 as a conduit for the movement of illegally obtained funds. echo33 is obligated to report any transactions reasonably suspected of constituting money laundering to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider after funds have been deposited and used at echo33. Members who file unjustified chargebacks will have their accounts suspended pending resolution.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity, misrepresenting your age or identity, or submitting forged or altered identity documents.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, payment system bugs, or game glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings generated through knowingly exploited errors are not payable.

echo33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its Members seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, these limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum session duration. A notification will be sent when the session limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: echo33 can display periodic pop-up reminders showing session duration and net win/loss figures during play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests submitted to echo33 support are processed within 24 hours.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary break from play may be requested for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.

echo33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• Non-compliance with a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• A Member's voluntary request to close their own account.

Upon account closure, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the account wallet will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to outstanding KYC completion and the absence of any active investigations. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon closure unless otherwise stipulated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• echo33 provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game.
• echo33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress.
• echo33's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
• echo33 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity failures, hardware malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions outside echo33's direct control.

All content on the echo33 Platform — including but not limited to the echo33 name, logo, game graphics, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of echo33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any echo33 content without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

echo33's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is published at echo33.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an account with echo33, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy in its entirety. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

echo33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, echo33 will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or a notification displayed upon your next login to the Platform. Continued use of echo33 following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version, including the effective date, is always published at echo33.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the echo33 Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance, as the majority of disputes can be resolved informally and promptly.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, echo33 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process. echo33 will provide the details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism upon request.
